## Key Responsibilities
Your duties will span across various zones of the expo, including registration, directional support, and exhibitor assistance. Main responsibilities include:

Guest Welcoming & Registration: Greet attendees, scan digital tickets, hand out expo guides, and manage guest check-ins efficiently to prevent long queues.

Wayfinding & Info Desk: Direct attendees to specific exhibitor booths, seminar rooms, restrooms, and amenities. Provide accurate information regarding the event schedule.

Exhibitor Support: Assist employers with basic booth setup, deliver requested materials, and act as a liaison between exhibitors and the event management team.

Crowd Flow Management: Monitor high-traffic areas (like entrance gates and seminar halls) to ensure safe, orderly, and smooth movement of the crowd.

Event Tidy-Up: Assist in keeping the expo floor presentable by reporting spills or hazards and helping clear rubbish from common areas.
## Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, retail, or customer service is highly regarded but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak clearly and approach guests with a warm, helpful attitude.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk around a large venue floor, and remain active for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours).

Problem-Solving: Quick on your feet with a proactive attitude when handling minor crowd issues or guest inquiries.
